Join me for in-person breathwork group sessions. An opportunity to support and resource yourself with a breathwork session in community, whether you are a breathwork regular or just starting on your breathwork journey.

3rd Thursday of month – 7pm-8pm – at the Black Mountain Barns near Clodock, Longtown, Herefordshire.

Next dates: 16 January, 20 February and 20 March 2025

Cost £10 per person.

Discover the benefits of breathwork in this introductory group session. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a safe, supportive environment to explore how breathing techniques can benefit your mind and body, and lead to relaxation and inner peace. 

The breathwork practice will involve conscious connected breathing. It will be gentle and easy to learn process that allows you to find more connection, peace and freedom. You will be guided by Matt, a local breathwork facilitator, trained by the Breathing Journeys school of breathwork.

Please bring a blanket, cushion and mat to lie on if you have them, otherwise yoga mats and blankets will be available at the BM Barns. 

There are some health contraindications to be aware of and you will need to agree to the Medical Waiver to attend, but if you have any questions please do ask and Matt will guide you appropriately for your situation.
