Journeying through the stillness of winter’s heart

As we journey through the stillness of winter’s heart, I hope you can find some quiet space amongst the cold, dark days as we await the returning light. It’s a great time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the deep rhythms of our own bodies, nature, and the earth itself.

I’m offering some such moments in the coming weeks, with group breathwork sessions designed to help you reset, recharge, and bring fresh energy as we patiently wait for the lengthening light of the days ahead. You are invited to join online or in-person.

Breathwork is a simple but powerful practice that can help you feel more grounded, reduce stress, and increase your overall vitality. In the sessions, we’ll use conscious connected breathing to:

  • Clear tension and fatigue
  • Boost energy and focus
  • Build resilience and calm as we move through the rest of the winter months

Whether you’re new to breathwork or have practiced before, these sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone. No special equipment or experience is necessary—just come as you are and be ready to connect with yourself through the power of breath.

  • Online group sessions will be on Wednesdays 22nd Jan, 26th Feb and 26th March starting at 7.30pm – book here
  • Short Online Taster Sessions are available immediately prior to the group session for those not having attended before or who would like to ask questions – book here
  • In-person group sessions will be on Thursdays 16 January, 20 February and 20 March at the Black Mountain Barns near Clodock, Longtown, Herefordshire – book here

I hope you’ll be able to join me if you can – and if you know of friends and family that might be interested please do share this email with them.

Please do before the sessions using the links above.

And if you’re looking for more personal support in breathwork at other times please do be in touch.

If you have any questions please get in touch.
