This is a rhythmic, continuous breathing technique that involves inhaling and exhaling without pauses. This intentional, flowing pattern of breath allows us to tap into our body’s innate intelligence, release stored emotions, and access a profound state of presence. Unlike the shallow, unconscious breathing that many of us default to, conscious connected breathing can bring awareness and vitality to every cell of our being.
